We have a bedroom allocation at the hotel for guests to stay on the evening of the Tuesday 17 September. Room numbers are limited so if you are able to travel to and from home, or are happy to share with a colleague please do let us know when you register.
If you are staying over, you will be able to check in once the conference closes at 5.30pm. Please do bring your bags in with you and leave with the hotel concierge when you arrive at the hotel. Please make sure you check out of your room before the conference starts on Wednesday morning.
Breakfast will be provided, and for those not staying over you light breakfast will be provided at the hotel from 8.30am on the morning of Wednesday 18 September.
